Bring Hope Home. How do you bring hope home? As a charity, you focus on making the patient better. You make medical treatment both accessible and possible. You specialize in fundraising that not only provides medical treatment for the patient but also brings him or her hope they will have a home to return to after that last medical bill is paid.
American Cancer Assistance is a charity that focuses exclusively on the patient: mother, daughter, father, son, brother, sister, friend, or neighbor. We will help anyone you choose. They must both need and want “y”our help. You select the amount. All efforts, donations, and fundraising go directly to cancer patients you choose.
Patients are relieved you just helped them pay: their health insurance, medication, or treatment. Perhaps you helped keep a roof over their heads or allowed them to travel to seek treatment. Patients like having a list of all generous contributors to write thank you letters. Please help, you will be so glad you did!
American Cancer Assistance, Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt charity. All contributions to patients are for their behalf. Funds available go directly to helping that loved one manage uncovered medical expenses. These expenses include: Health Insurance or Cobra Premiums; Deductible and Co-Pays; Medications and Medical Supplies: Uninsured procedures (i.e. donor drives); Lodging and Transportation to and from treatment center for patient & caregiver; Mileage, tolls, and parking fees for visits to the hospital; Meals Per Diem during medical treatment; Housing and Rent during treatment.
